Temporary Road Closure Notice - AIMS Data Centre KL

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to provide you with an advance notice of upcoming temporary road closure at Menara AIMS to facilitate the expansion of our Data Centre which involves lifting of heavy equipment.

This temporary road closure along Changkat Raja Chulan street is scheduled to begin from May 25th 2018, 07.00 PM (FRIDAY) until May 27th 2018, 11.59 PM (SUNDAY). During this closure, traffic will be detoured through the neighboring streets. We request that you follow the detour signage that will be installed or to ask the traffic controllers assigned onsite. The vehicular detour maps can be located as enclosed below.

Data Centre and Office access will remain unaffected throughout this activity; however, vehicles are prohibited to be onsite due to security and safety reasons. Therefore, all vehicles parked in Menara AIMS are required to exit the building before 17:30hrs on Friday, May 25th 2018. Human movements and access to AIMS Data Centre or vice versa will be prohibited when lifting works is in progress. Upon completion of the lifting works, access will resume as normal.

Please be informed, AIMS customers are not advisable to arrange any delivery or logistic activities during the mentioned period. AIMS customers can park at any of the available nearby parking areas such as at Verdant Hill, Vida Bukit Ceylon and Park Safe open parking area next to Verdant Hill.

It is advisable for the customers to come to AIMS via Lorong Ceylon, Jalan Sahabat or Changkat Bukit Bintang especially if you have any activities involving installing or removing of equipment.

In the interest of safety and security, appropriate traffic management measures will be implemented. We seek your utmost cooperation to follow any instructions and guidance provided by our on-site personnel. This is also a reminder to AIMS customer to exercise caution when in the vicinity of AIMS Data Centre during the duration of the activity. Throughout this time, we will make every effort to minimize the inconvenience and disruption.
